In this episode, Bhide gets a phone call from a parent, who asks him to offer his tuitions to her child. He gets excited thinking that he will get one more student for his tuition classes. However, he has to complete lot of pending work and being the secretary of Gokuldham Society, he needs to pay the taxes on time. But, while counting the cheque received from the residents, he gets to know that till now Jethalal has not paid the money yet!
