Police arrests Sodhi, Bhide, Iyer, Taarak, Dr. Hathi, Abdul and Popatlal and put them behind bars. They assume all of them as goons. While the real goons tells the police that they have arrested the right goons. In the meanwhile, all the ladies of the Gokuldham Society comes to the police station along with Champaklal, Baga and Bawari. They made the police convince that they all are innocent and cleared the confusion.
